  • Is your company FDA-approved?

  • Are your products ready to eat?
  1. No. Our products are frozen and must be re-heated or cooked first before serving.
  • How long is the shelf life?
  1. It will last up to 9 months from manufacturing date if it is kept in a freezing storage. Both the manufacturing and the expiration dates are indicated on the packaging. Exceptions from this are Radish and Squash Cakes which lasts only a week after manufacturing.
  • How cold should the storage temperature be?
  1. We suggest keeping the temperature from -15* to -20* for almost all of our products, with the exception for Radish and Squash Cakes which need to be at 7* to 8* and unopened Chili Sauce at room temperature.
  • Are your products food allergen-free?
  1. We use soybeans, shrimp, peanuts, and wheat on some of our products. You may contact us for more information about specific products that contain allergen or refer to the product packaging.
  • Are your products handmade?
  1. We utilize both machine and manpower in creating quality products. While some of the processes involves machinery, most of it requires human ingenuity for perfection.
